They were great! I had an incident with a median, let’s just say I didn’t win! I called them and they told me to come on over. They quickly checked out my car and were very attentive to my concerns. My family and I were driving through from Dallas when we ran into car trouble and were really stressed out. We stopped at R & A Auto Works, and I have to say, Raul was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, conversational, and just an all-around genuine human being. While his team got right to work on our car, Raul made us feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. They fixed the issue quickly, did a fantastic job, and charged a very fair price. Before we knew it, we were back on the road home! You can really tell Raul cares about people, not just cars.
